Yhanic Braithwaite is Managing Partner of Denstone Capital. He leads the firm's investment strategy and relationships with business owners, bringing together experience in private equity diligence, venture investing and corporate M&A. His approach centers on understanding how businesses work, aligning with their people and preparing thoughtfully for ownership.
At ServiceNow, Yhanic led M&A integration for over $10 billion in acquired assets, working with Corporate Development, Finance and business leadership on integration planning and execution. His earlier experience includes investment evaluation and diligence at PAX Venture Capital and private equity transaction work across finance, operations and technology.
His background as a U.S. Naval Aviator and F/A-18 fighter pilot informs a leadership style grounded in preparation, accountability and judgment under pressure. Yhanic holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is a Goldman Sachs Veterans Integration Program alumnus.
